The DDD team takes pride in being builders, in embracing a unique quality to create and transform spaces that would otherwise only exist on paper or our client’s imagination. Having been around for more than 20 years, we’ve become one of the most competent and diverse construction companies in Puerto Rico and have worked on projects of all sizes for a variety of industries. Our integrated approach allows us to use innovative tools to always deliver our projects on budget and on time. Instead of focusing just on design or construction, we focus on our client’s goals. Although we are of greatest value when involved early in the project life cycle, we can help at any stage. We’re comfortable acting either as an agent for our clients by providing Construction Management Services, or having a bigger role in the project by serving as General Contractors, CM at Risk, or through a Design-Build agreement.
We have skilled labor, specialized equipment and hands-on experience to get the job done right. DDD self-performs critical portions of its construction projects, including concrete work, excavation and grading, underground utilities and architectural finishes. Self-performing offers our clients (and other shareholders) substantial benefits: it allows us to quickly identify and solve any challenges, implement change orders and efficiently reduce or eliminate subcontractor delays. By self-performing essential work, DDD maintains better control of the schedule and sets the standard of craftsmanship for the entire construction project. Services include:

With experience comes the tested knowledge and ability that is needed to complete any build or renovation successfully. DDD Group makes sure that every project is completed with the highest degree of quality construction, strict scheduling, and on budget.
With a higher-than-average standard of care, DDD can provide the success that clients look for: a project schedule with an improved delivery time and cost savings. This improved project delivery is achieved by re-organizing project phases and design decisions upstream in the project cycle, where they can produce more effective results. Differing from the traditional approach of design-bid-build, this shift results in upstreaming certain services that were typically carried out once construction drawings were completed, to when conceptualization and schematic drawings are occurring. By achieving this, certain early phases of design carry a heavier workload but minimize risk on later services of the project life cycle.
