At DDD Group, our people have always been an important part of our story. This year, we proudly recognize a remarkable milestone as Norberto Pizarro Rodríguez celebrates 21 years of service with the company.

For more than two decades, Norberto has been a familiar face across DDD Group’s offices and project sites, playing an essential role in keeping daily operations moving. As a key member of our Logistics and Operations team, he coordinates and supports the transportation of construction materials, equipment, and important documentation between our offices and active project locations. His work helps ensure that our field teams have the resources they need to carry out their responsibilities.

A Journey Built on Commitment

Norberto’s story with DDD Group began 21 years ago, during a time when he was working two jobs to support himself and his family. From the beginning, his willingness to work hard and take on new responsibilities made an impression on those around him.

Like anyone learning a new role, Norberto faced challenges along the way. What stood out was his attitude. He approached each day with determination, a willingness to improve, and a genuine desire to contribute to the company’s success.

Over the years, Norberto has become someone the entire DDD Group team knows they can count on. Whether delivering materials to a construction site, assisting colleagues, or responding to an unexpected operational need, he consistently demonstrates the reliability and team spirit that have defined his career.

His honesty, loyalty, and work ethic have earned him the respect and appreciation of colleagues throughout the organization. Just as importantly, his positive personality and sense of humor have made him a welcome presence wherever he goes.

More Than Two Decades of Shared History

Twenty-one years represent much more than a professional milestone. Norberto has witnessed DDD Group’s evolution, supported its projects, and shared in the personal milestones of the people who have helped build the company.

For DDD Group President Umberto Donato, Norberto’s anniversary carries particular meaning.

“Durante los pasados 21 años viste crecer a nuestros 3 hijos y a DDD. Gracias por acompañarnos por tantos años en las buenas y en las malas y ayudarnos a construir con orgullo y dedicación un mejor futuro para nuestras familias, para esta empresa y Puerto Rico. ¡GRACIAS!”

– Umberto Donato, President, DDD Group

These words reflect the personal connections that have developed throughout Norberto’s career and the appreciation the company has for his years of dedication.

Celebrating the People Behind Our Projects

Behind every successful construction project is a team of individuals whose contributions extend well beyond the jobsite. Norberto’s role is an example of how essential logistics and operational support are to the work we do every day.

His 21-year career reflects the values that DDD Group seeks to foster throughout the organization: commitment, integrity, teamwork, and a shared responsibility for delivering results.

As we celebrate this milestone, we extend our sincere appreciation to Norberto for his years of service, his loyalty, and the positive influence he continues to have on our team.

Congratulations on 21 years, Norberto! Thank you for being part of the DDD Group family and for helping us build a better future for Puerto Rico.
