DDD Group is proud to share that company president Umberto Donato joined the Puerto Rico Chapter delegation of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC-PR) at the 2025 AGC Annual Convention, held last week in Columbus, Ohio.

The AGC Annual Convention is the construction industry’s flagship event, bringing together contractors, executives, project managers, and superintendents from across the country. With more than 30 targeted educational sessions and the Contractors Solutions Expo featuring over 180 exhibitors, the convention serves as a vital platform for advancing innovation, strengthening safety practices, and navigating evolving legislative and regulatory landscapes.

Representing both DDD Group and the Puerto Rico construction industry, Umberto Donato actively participated in key discussions on workforce development, jobsite productivity, sustainability, and the future of infrastructure.

Keynote speakers included renowned voices such as Dr. Ayanna Howard, Dean of Engineering at Ohio State University; Sarah Robb O’Hagan, global business leader and author; and Dr. Michael Sorrell, President of Paul Quinn College. Each offered insights on leadership, innovation, and resilience.
