DDD provided Consulting, Pre-Construction and CMc (Construction Management as Constructor) Services for the completion of an uncompleted, single home, residential development abandoned due to bankruptcy proceedings. DDD assisted the new developer before and after the acquisition of the property with pre-development and la construction stage. Our services included performing all of the required surveys and property assessments in order to define, plan, procure the necessary permitting and estimate the development (hard & soft) costs associated with the effort. DDD performed as-built surveys, developed Scope of Work Requirements and prepared preliminary and final cost models for the investment.
