DDD provided Pre-Construction Consulting and CMc (Construction Management as Constructor) Services for the project, including but not limited to: overall project planning, management and scheduling; project staffing and resources; project safety; quality control/assurance; cost and schedule control; construction material procurement, on-site equipment/material management; and project close-out.
