DDD provided Pre-Construction and CMa (Construction Managers as Advisor) services for the site preparation, off site activities and house construction required for this low-income housing project. The development consisted of 194 one floor, cast-in place concrete single dwelling units for low Income families. Located between two rivers in the mountainous region of Morovis, the subsoils conditions and weather created a very challenging set of conditions. DDD managed the construction of all site and off-site activities including but not limited to site electrical, storm sewer, waste water, telecommunications and road work.
