DDD provided CMa (Construction Managers as Advisor) services for the site preparation, off site activities and house construction required for phase I of the Borinquen Valley housing project. The residential development consisted of 186, one floor, two bedroom cast-in place concrete single dwelling units for Low Income families. DDD managed the construction of all site and off-site activities including but not limited to site electrical, storm sewer, waste water, telecommunications and road work.
