DDD provided CMc (Construction Manager as Constructor Services) for the site preparation and house construction of 216, one and two level single homes in Cayey, Puerto Rico. The contract included new unit construction as well as site preparation and off-site activities for the second phase of the Terra del Monte housing development. Due to the mountainous conditions present at the site, the project required moving over 500,000 cubic meters of dirt under adverse weather conditions. DDD managed the construction of all site and off-site activities including but not limited to site electrical, plumbing, telecommunications and road work. DDD also managed the construction of a new Gym and Communal Space Facilities as well as the construction and delivery of the homes works for electric and housing construction for 216 independent
