Project to create an open and engaging space for residents that love to incorporate greenery in their environments.
For this project, the client had several specifications. For example, the size of the pool has to be small. It needs a water feature that generates some water sound but is not overwhelmingly loud. For this reason, we designed an infinity pool space so that the waterfall is subtle.
Landscaping is an essential factor, as the client loves plants and greenery, so we wanted to make sure to include a biophilic design throughout the area. The counter area with an integrated BBQ for entertainment purposes was another element we considered as we prepared for this design. Despite the limited space, our architectural team is ensuring that the space flows by strategically placing elements and creating visual pathways. This design approach prevents the area from feeling segmented and ensures it is not cramped but rather welcoming and enjoyable for the residents.
