State of the Art Auto Body Shop for MAPFRE Insurance Company.

The work consisted in miscellaneous demolition and new construction of complete Auto Body Shop. Work included site improvements, architectural, structural, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.
Built to the highest industry standards, the 32,100 sf industrial facility became Puerto Rico’s most sophisticated auto body repair center. The building was built with a combination of structural steel and reinforced concrete which included Offices, Machine Rooms, Shop Area, Cafeteria, Lockers and Showers, Storage area and Mezzanine. Our team oversaw all aspects of the construction process, including project management and proper installation of all necessary equipment including scissors and post lifters, compressors, vacuums, cleaning, recycling and mixing units, among other equipment for a total of 27 booths.
