Los Arcos Building was the starting milestone for DDD Group. The project involved the Design and Construction of a new commercial three ( 3) story/ 20,000 sf reinforced concrete and structural steel office building for HAD Realty, Inc. DDD Architecture implemented innovative design strategies (at the time) some of which included the use of low-e impact resistant windows with a PVV interlayer for noise reduction, Sarnafill single ply mechanically welded roofing membrane cool roof system, full emergency power generation, 12,000 gallon potable water cistern, structured cabling with cable trays throughout the building, fiber optic cabling on all floors and video surveillance among others.
