The project entailed developing low to moderate cost housing within a remnant parcel in the Toa Alta Heights subdivision located in the Piñas Ward of the Municipality of Toa Alta.
DDD Architecture provided Pre-Construction and A/E services for the design and permitting required for the planned development of a 39 row house planned development in To Alta, Puerto Rico. For this effort, similar to the Alameda project designed for the same client, DDD performed site evaluation, feasibility analysis, zoning research, site master planning, conceptual and preliminary design, conceptual estimating & scheduling, full engineering disciplines, final design, construction documents, A/E systems programming, code compliance, project financing, project delivery methodology, permits, codes and regulatory approvals, utility coordination, constructability review, value engineering, scheduling, and cost estimating.
