Under a two-phase design-build approach, DDD was hired to design and build a new car wash facility for Garage Isla Verde, Puerto Rico’s only Mercedes-Benz Dealership. The scope of work included the design and construction of a cast in place concrete car wash facility, including all site work and equipment installation. As a sustainability and cost reduction method, a recycling system was installed for the facility which permitted a substantial reduction in water use.
