All design/build modifications were intended to shorten time of delivery. Materials were analyzed and substituted for locally available alternates that minimized cost impacts.
DDD provided design-build services for the construction of the only Ferrari /Rolls Royce dealership in Puerto Rico. The building consisted of two story structural steel structure, which included showroom and maintenance facilities for Ferrari and Rolls Royce Vehicles. The facilities included exterior display and parking areas, interior showroom space, sales and service desks, as well as multiple service stalls for technicians. All design/build modifications were intended to shorten time of delivery. Materials were analyzed and substituted for locally available alternates that minimized cost impacts. Due to unsuitable subsoil conditions, soil replacement was required in order to achieve the required bearing capacities.
