The Scope of work includes altering and rehabilitating an existing main structure, building an additional space, and creating a spacious new entrance.
Our Construction team takes the helm of this extensive relocation project. The client chose to move their Ambulatory Surgical Center from the town of Santurce, PR to the bustling Hato Rey area. Spanning over 39,000 square feet in just one level, construction begins January 2022 for this modern new healthcare space.
Among the details of the project is the rehabilitation and alteration to the principal structure that covers 33,925 square feet. There is also a an additional “pump room” that will be modified. The new construction covers an area of over 5,000 square feet that includes the space that will house support machinery, electrical and gas rooms as well as the new modern entrance and stylish porte cochère.
