Safety First as the DDD Team Trains Together to Save Lives

At DDD Group, safety is not just a jobsite standard; it’s part of our culture. Recently, our entire office team and several members of our field team came together at DDD headquarters for a CPR and First Aid training and certification session, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to workplace safety and emergency preparedness.

The hands-on training, led by certified instructors, covered the essential steps for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and basic First Aid, life-saving techniques used in emergencies such as cardiac arrest, injuries, or other medical situations where quick, informed action can make a difference. Participants learned how to recognize signs of distress, perform chest compressions, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), treat minor injuries, and provide aid until professional help arrives.

More than a requirement, this training represents DDD’s proactive approach to creating a safer work environment for everyone. By ensuring that both office and field personnel are certified in CPR and First Aid, the company empowers its team to respond confidently and effectively in any emergency, whether on a project site or in daily life.

“Safety is the foundation of everything we do,” said Umberto Donato, President of DDD Group. “This kind of training reminds us that being prepared isn’t only about construction safety — it’s about protecting and caring for each other as a team.”

The session concluded with participants receiving official certification, joining a growing number of DDD employees who maintain safety training as part of their professional development.

At DDD Group, we continue to invest in our people, strengthening our knowledge, readiness, and teamwork to ensure that every environment where we operate is safer and better prepared.
