New Construction
25,000 sq. ft.
Even though the structures reside on a high crime area, an open design was produced by incorporating impact resistant glass, pre-cast panels and good illumination. A high degree of architectural detail was achieved while permitting relatively low construction costs and a fast construction schedule. Life Cycle costs were analyzed in order to reduce tenant energy consumption. None of the common areas needed HVAC systems thanks to a well-executed natural ventilation scheme.
