Space repurposed form fish market in to restaurant
The project consisted in the turnkey interior retrofit of an approximately 4,500 sf fish market/restaurant space into a new Dunbar’s sports bar. The fast track approach used allowed design and demolition activities to occur concurrently. By doing this, demolition activities were completed while the final design and construction permits were prepared, thus allowing a 2-month acceleration in the schedule. Creative reuse of materials and existing spaces reduced construction time and costs while also minimizing potential delays caused by the use of materials not readily available.
