Project Overview

• Upscale residential complex of 20 walk-up units, of approximately 2,800sq.ft. each.

• The development includes recreational facilities with a gazebo and swimming pool.

• Home automation systems were incorporated in order to achieve energy management capabilities by controlling A/C usage, illumination, irrigation and access control. 

This high-end residential complex incorporated design/build modifications geared towards improving the product supplied under a heavily competitive environment. Aside of this, the changes made, and design decisions taken, permitted the project to be completed with a well-managed impact on its schedule and budget. As design/builders DDD came up with various design strategies to counter the cost increases. Some of these strategies included, site elevation adjustments to minimize earth movement, retaining walls changes from concrete to keystone, perimeter fencing changes to incorporate PVC and plastic lumber.
