The contract included new unit construction as well as site preparation and off site activities for the Terra Señorial housing development in Ponce, Puerto Rico. DDD provided Pre-construction and CMc Services (Construction Manager as Constructor) for the site preparation and house construction of 96 two level market rate single homes. As part of the contract, we managed the construction of all site and off-site activities including but not limited to site electrical, plumbing, telecommunications and road work. In addition to providing CMc Services, DDD also provided A/E Services (under its sister company DDD Architecture, PSC) for the design of the new Neighborhood Facilities Building.
