Christmas in Puerto Rico is a vibrant and extended celebration with unique traditions and customs. The DDD Group takes that culture seriously and recently concluded its 2024 Christmas celebrations with two distinct and memorable events.

The Administrative team started the festivities with a party at the renowned and picturesque Asador San Miguel in Naranjito, Puerto Rico. The team traveled in style aboard their own private party bus, equipped with festive “parranda” kits; they filled the air with joyous traditional holiday music. You couldn’t help but laugh and feel completely relaxed in this team setting.

Following this, the field operations teams gathered for a unique “chinchorreo“-inspired celebration at the popular Hacienda Acevedo in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. The event was a resounding success, fostering fellowship, enjoying refreshing drinks, and engaging in friendly games of dominoes. Can you say “capicu“? Additionally, the company celebrated a very happy birthday for our esteemed colleague, Kelvin Roque, during the festivities.

These festive occasions celebrated the island holiday spirit and provided valuable team bonding and appreciation opportunities. These gatherings underscore the importance of togetherness and its positive impact on employee morale and overall company culture.
