With a quarter-century legacy, DDD Group continues to set the standard for excellence in Puerto Rico’s design and construction sector. As the Millenium Bug, cloning, and the dominance of the World Wide Web defined the 1990s, DDD Group began its journey as a leader in the island’s built environment. Our 25th year has been more than just celebratory; it has been enriched with milestones that reflect what the future brings for DDD Group.
Our anniversary year began with a vibrant celebration at Vivo Beach Club, where employees, clients, and industry peers gathered to toast our company’s achievements. The event’s highlight was releasing a captivating 25th-anniversary video showcasing DDD Group’s journey and commitment to excellence.
Throughout the year, DDD Group has continued to make significant strides in our portfolio. An important milestone was a collaborative visit to Marxuach Precast Solutions with representatives of the USCG San Juan to inspect the progress of elements being used for the USCG Base San Juan project. Our unwavering dedication to quality and innovation was displayed when Major General Kimberly M. Colloton, the U.S. Army deputy chief of the Corps of Engineers, visited the Camp Santiago project to inspect the progress. This ambitious undertaking is a joint effort between DDD Group, Del Valle Group, and RB Construction under the leadership of the USACE, and it is moving along beautifully.
DDD Group has also used its time to support essential organizations in Puerto Rico, like AGC-PR, where our President Umberto Donato serves on the board.
We’ve reached a significant milestone of a quarter of a century and owe this success to our invaluable team members. We took the opportunity to honor two of them, Alexandra Wirshing and Nicole Santiago, at the AGC-PR Women in Construction event this past year. Their contributions have been instrumental to the company’s success, and we are deeply grateful for their dedication. Our annual holiday party was another occasion to express our gratitude and celebrate the accomplishments of every team contributor. These collective efforts have brought us this far, and we look forward to what lies ahead together.
