A Partnership for the Future

As part of our ongoing commitment to workforce development, DDD Group, as a proud member of the AGC-PR, is supporting its Workforce Development initiative. It is designed to train personnel in various construction areas and will begin in early 2025.

By partnering with AGC-PR, we are committed to:

Addressing the Skill Gap: Supporting the RAP to train and certify skilled workers in high-demand areas.
Elevating Industry Standards: Promoting best practices and innovative solutions to improve construction quality and efficiency.
Strengthening the Local Economy: Creating job opportunities and stimulating economic growth in Puerto Rico.

This initiative addresses the industry’s need for skilled workers and ensures a sustainable future for the construction industry in Puerto Rico.

We are excited to announce that Emmanuel Kuilan, Janiliz Rivera, and Jonathan Martínez will be the first team members to undergo this training.
