12 Mar AGC-PR Honors Two of DDD’s Own!
The Puerto Rico chapter of the Association of General Contractors of America (AGC-PR) celebrated Women in Construction Week with a special lunch meeting that discussed topics impacting the construction industry. In addition, AGC-PR President José L. Rodríguez and Lissette Villavicencio, president of the Women’s Committee of AGC, used the event as a platform to honor exceptional women among their members who have gone above and beyond as outstanding professionals, having shown loyalty, dedication, and progress to the construction industry in Puerto Rico.
DDD Group was privileged to acknowledge two outstanding team members on that day: our Director of Design, Alexandra Wirshing, and Job Captain, Nicole Santiago. “Alexandra and Nicole shine brightly in our construction industry for their drive and passion and are true testaments to the transformation of the design and construction field,” shares Umberto Donato, President at DDD Group, “having them and other outstanding women on our team ensures that DDD has a well-rounded approach to project management, design, and implementation.”
Our firm’s diverse team allows us the advantage of counting on a broader range of perspectives. Women approach problems differently, offer new solutions, and recognize areas of concern that might otherwise be overlooked. We have witnessed how their impact on our projects has had a fantastic effect on our workflow, delivering high-quality results for our valued clientele.
We congratulate all the honorees during Women in Construction week and continue to look forward to the evolution of our industry with your support and contribution.
